Excavation Project of Guangdong International Hotel: The Guangdong International Hotel was once the tallest five-star hotel in China, covering an area of 18400 square meters and standing at a height of 200.18 meters. It is commonly known as the "63 story" building in Guangdong and is a landmark of Guangdong's reform and opening up. It was completed and put into use in 1991, and the excavation of the foundation pit was undertaken by our company. Guangzhou Mayor's Building Foundation Pit Engineering Pile: The Guangzhou Mayor's Building is located on Tianhe North Road in Guangzhou, with a height of 24 floors and a construction area of 23000 square meters. The building was completed and put into use in 1996, and its foundation engineering pile blasting was undertaken by our company.
Guangzhou Tianhe City Plaza Foundation Pit Project: The foundation pit area of Tianhe City Plaza is 41000 cubic meters, with a depth of 15 meters. Our company is responsible for the blasting construction of the foundation pit and engineering piles. It was the largest excavation project in southern China at that time. The geological conditions of the project are complex, including sandstone, siltstone, and conglomerate, which are very hard; The surrounding environment of the construction site is complex, with Tianhe Road on the north side and Tiyu West Road on the west side, which poses great difficulties for the blasting project. In order to win the project, Vice Governor Liu Weiming personally supervised the operation, and the blasting technicians, carefully designed and constructed, dared to innovate, and fought bravely. In 1993, they successfully completed the task and were commended by the provincial government.
Underground excavation earthwork project of Guangzhou New China Building: The New China Building is located on Renmin South Road, with a height of 34 floors. Its basement is constructed using the "reverse construction method", and our company undertakes the blasting engineering part. The "reverse method" of construction excavation minimizes the impact on the surrounding environment of the construction site, saves construction time and engineering costs, and achieves a win-win situation of saving capital and environmental protection.
Yajisha Bridge Foundation Pile Project: Yajisha Bridge: The world's advanced swivel arch bridge. Yajisha Bridge is a super large concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge of Guangzhou Ring Expressway crossing the main channel of the Pearl River. The total length of the bridge is 1084m. The main bridge is a three span continuous half through concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge. Set four national and even world firsts. The bridge has the world's largest span, with a main span of 360m, making it the longest main span of its kind in the world today; The weight of each side of the bridge's horizontal rotating body is 13680 tons, making it the world's first 10000 ton rotating bridge of its kind. The bridge officially started construction in July 1998, with a diameter of 3m for the bridge foundation piles and a maximum excavation depth of 54m. The excavation of the pier foundation piles by rock blasting was carried out by our company.
