Since 2010, the company has been involved in the construction of nearly 20 sections of infrastructure projects at Huibaoling Iron Mine. Among them, the ramp and sliding system projects have won the industry's highest quality award, the "Sun Cup" award.
Since 2013, we have been undertaking mining projects. Based on the characteristics of the deposit being a medium thick and steeply inclined ore body, our technical team proposed the "FCM mining method" for efficient mining after deep hole mining in large ore sections of the stage room, which has been successfully implemented. This greatly reduces the number of room segments, saves investment in mining preparation tunnels, improves the speed of room formation, and increases ore recovery rates. This mining method won the second prize of Science and Technology from the China Nonferrous Metals Association.
At the same time, in order to cooperate with the FCM mining method and solve the construction difficulties of high shafts, the technical team of the project department has achieved a major breakthrough in one-time well completion technology for 70m cutting shafts in China for the first time, solving the problems of high safety risks, multiple hazardous factors, and difficult safety control in conventional shaft construction in confined spaces, and fundamentally achieving safe and rapid construction. This construction method has won the second prize for scientific and technological progress from the China Blasting Association and a ministerial level construction method certificate.
