Our management

In order to ensure the continuous compliance of the company's business activities and achieve corporate integrity and ethical management, Guangdong Hongda strictly abides by relevant laws and regulations such as the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, the Anti Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Interim Provisions on Prohibiting Commercial Bribery. It continuously strengthens the construction of party conduct and clean governance, and has formulated and revised internal systems and regulations such as the Guangdong HONGDA Discipline Inspection Work System, the Guangdong HONGDA 2023 Party Building and Clean Governance Work Implementation Plan, and the Guangdong HONGDA Employee Integrity and Compliance Manual in 2023, clarifying the company's management of employees and suppliers, and strictly governing legal compliance, anti-corruption, fair trade, workplace ethics, and other behaviors.


Key Performance Indicators for 2023

?  The company has not had any litigation cases involving corruption, bribery, extortion, fraud, or money laundering.

?  The signing rate of anti-corruption agreements with suppliers is 100%, and no corruption or bribery has been found among suppliers or other third-party organizations.

?  1 anti-corruption training session for directors, with a total of 2 hours of anti-corruption training for directors.

?  Employees received 37 anti-corruption training sessions, with a total of 56 hours of anti-corruption training.

?  37 warning education sessions were held, with 969 participants.

?  Compile 6 issues of the disciplinary inspection internal magazine "Chongde Chongxin Zhengfeng Advocating Integrity", distribute 152 monthly disciplinary education reading materials and promotional educational videos.

?  Organize 5 on-site preaching activities, with 189 participants in the integrity preaching activities.

    Consolidate the responsibility of integrity and honesty

    The Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission of the company conscientiously fulfill their "two responsibilities", implement the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation, deepen the combination of rectifying the "four winds", deepen the ideological understanding of "integrating wind and corruption", tighten and compact the political responsibility of comprehensively governing the Party strictly, embed supervision comprehensively into various management links of enterprise production and operation, and promote the formation of a regular and long-term mechanism of strict management and governance.

    Strengthen integrity education

    Innovate the way of integrity warning education, effectively integrate the reshaping of corporate culture and disciplinary education learning, and comprehensively enhance employees' awareness of integrity and self-discipline through various forms such as positive publicity in disciplinary inspection journals, strengthening theoretical learning through disciplinary learning month activities, self-renewal of party conduct and clean governance construction cadres' conferences, and using case studies for warning education.

    Standardize supplier behavior

    Require all formal cooperative suppliers to sign the "Integrity Commitment Letter", continuously strengthen the management of commercial integrity of suppliers, and maintain a "zero tolerance" attitude towards any fraudulent, dishonest, malicious collusion, malicious abandonment, or malicious breach of contract behavior.
